I’ve stayed here before and I really like it❤️ the location is good too, and the place it’s quite modern and friently staff

We booked a room last minute. Didn't have any problems. We had all room to ourselves (3 adults and a child). Clean and spacious ensuite room. Quiet area, busy hostel. Nice breakfast with lot of choices, well organised. There was some issues with parking, but we found space eventually, without a problem. We had a comfortable one night stay.

It’s okay overall, the shower needs a better cleaning, but the rest was okay. We didn’t realize that we reserved a hostel so there were many young partying people. But after 11, it got quiet. For the price it was okay.

This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected and was a disappointing experience.

Good place to stay

Remote location. But the prices for stay is extremely low. Worth every penny

Breakfast was excellent, nice clean room with blackout blinds, Lots of restaurants and shops and an excellent bus straight to the city centre.

location is quite far out of prague center, about 30-45 minutes on Metro and 45-60 by tram. Check in was slow and staff didn't really seem to know what they were doing. I did try the self check in machine but they didn't work. In the morning using the lift was a disaster, sometimes talking up to 15 minutes to get from room to reception. The place was so busy that when u was leaving I couldn't get out the door! There was a large group who decided to block the door and nobody could get past. I bought late check out. First time I tried to get back into the room the key didn't work. Back down 18 floors on the slowest lift in the world. I went back later just before I was due to checkout and the key didn't work. I stood in a queue, 5 members of staff ignored me.. they walked past, chatted to each other and eventually I had to interrupt. They key eventually was reactivated and after the door journey back up... the key didn't work. AGAIN! I was told it was because it was last checkout time... yes, because the key didn't work! Another return trip on the slowest lift and finally it worked. You could excuse things like this if the price reflects the service. Staff all seemed very young and not well trained or knowledgeable and room was not good value.

This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
