If you are worried about meeting point, in my experience the van came a little bit later than 4:30. Just look for a minivan with Panda Travel livery or anyone with the Panda Travel uniform as they might be your tour guides. The tour was pretty straightforward, not much explanation about the places but the guides shared pretty good tips to wander around. Kudos to Nurtas and Rustam who were pretty friendly and made such good company for the day. Overall good experience.
Tips: Suggest to prepare at least 15k-20k kzt for food and others, and if you also want to use taxi or ride a horse (cash only!)

We had an amazing trip to Kolsay Lake, Kaindy Lake, black canyon and charyn canyon with Nick as our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the tour. He made the experience enjoyable, shared interesting information, and ensured everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend Nick if you're looking for a great tour guide. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Въпреки че през март все още беше зима, Голямото Алматинско езеро беше замръзнало, но гледката беше повече от прекрасна. Водопадите Аюсай също бяха замръзнали, макар че пътят нагоре спираше дъха. Никита, нашият екскурзовод, ни направи невероятни снимки. Като цяло, останахме доволни от преживяването.

this is a big join in tour but the guid is cery well organized, friendly. we are small amounts of foreigners a little challenging for the language barrier but the tour is very fun with locals
