Zoe, our guide, was really helpful. She explained a lot of information about the tram and the peak. She made sure that everyone in the group is not left behind. Booking ahead of time also saved a lot of time and energy.

A 5-star experience! The tour to Jiufen and Shifen was smoothly managed, largely thanks to Nana. She was super organized, making sure our day went without a hitch. What blew us away was her photography—she took photos of our group that look like they were shot by a pro! She truly went above and beyond, giving us unforgettable memories. It was an enjoyable trip to Nami. Bus was on scheduled and safely reached both locations despite the busy traffic. Our tour guide, David was excellent. He spoke good English, friendly, approachable and has good knowledge about the place. Nami is beautiful with the yellow foliage started to show during our trip.
