This was a fantastic experience and was genuinely worth the time and money. The exhibits were well designed and a ton of information about the history of Broadway was presented in a really effective way. We were sad to see that a few favorite (and important) musicals were not featured more prominently (i.e. Dear Evan Hansen & Ragtime). The rooms dedicated to The Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, and Moulin Rouge were definitely a highlight. the Wicked display was really fascinating -- it would have been nice to have costumes from Wicked on display. Anyway, if you have time -- go visit! We highly recommend it as part of your visit to Broadway.

Easy purchase and redemption. Comprehensive museum covering the history and insights to many of the Broadway shows, including props and costumes. The behind the scenes were most fascinating… with interviews and show footages to the many elements that made a show possible. Many photo spots available as well. There were staff stationed at the various levels to answer any question regarding the exhibits.

Bellissima esperienza in un nuovo museo che mancava a Broadway! Tre piani intensi e molto ben congegnati per raccontare la storia dei musical dall'800 fino ai giorni nostri. Divertente, utile e pieno di chicche. Per appassionati.

The museum was huge for a theater fan like me. I just wish that it will be more interactive but over all if focuses on the big theater plays that was very inspiring and fun to look into. I hope there will be occasions that a theater actor will be there for a tour or somewhat like a meet and greet to add value to the experience! I love this place!!!! It was a theater dream fulfilled!!!!

I loved the layout of the museum and its attention to detail! I think if you love broadway you do have to go here or even if you are not as familiar it gives a nice background for how broadway came to be.

I love Broadway show and this is a good place to understand the history of Broadway shows. There are thre floors and you can walk down by timeline, seeing some costumes and props! I had a really immersive and knowledgeable experience here.

Easy, convenient to use the pass. But do take note not to buy it and expect to use it immediately or same day. Some museums can only be used the next day. Museum was great! Must-see for theatre lovers.
