I booked a dune buggy experience expecting a fun and hassle-free adventure, but unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. First, the booking process was misleading. The advertised price seemed reasonable, but upon arrival, I was hit with hidden charges that were never mentioned beforehand. They demanded extra fees for things that should have been included, like accessories and safety equipment, which felt like a blatant money grab. Worse still, the staff/operator attempted to upsell unnecessary add-ons aggressively, making me feel pressured and uncomfortable. At one point, it felt like they were trying to scam me into paying for "another buggy" which I already paid for. The actual dune buggy ride was fine, but by the time we got started, my excitement was already dampened by their shady practices. I couldn’t enjoy the experience knowing I had been deceived. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Transparency and honesty are critical in the tourism industry, and they failed miserably on both counts. Look elsewhere if you want an enjoyable, stress-free experience.

very bad experience! had reported to klook, but until now no reply anything ! i had pay to KLOOK around AED 1900 for this package. but end up, i need to top up AED 2000 on the sport to the tour guide ride for only 30 minute ! Total i need to spend AED 3900 for pick up - 30 minute ride - return . i am advice everybody to check around the dune buggy price at other website before joining this package. this is totally a scam! 奉劝各位不要像我一样报名这个团，总共给了3900迪拉姆才骑30分钟。期间只是包括酒店接送罢了。9点出发，945抵达沙漠，1010am出发，1040玩完30分钟，回到酒店1130am. 这样就3900迪拉姆。直接枪比较快。

很刺激，導師很好人， 不斷幫我地影相。 但係本來話包水飲， 冇人比水之餘，仲係店舖不斷叫我地駛唔駛買飲品，食品。 同埋下次自己帶定巾護面。 係果度店員叫你一定要買， 講左價也收70AED。
