We really enjoyed our 80cm x 80cm tufting experience! The instructors guided us well, and overall, it was a fun and creative activity. Be prepared to spend at least 4 hours if you choose the same package, as it does take time. We only found out afterwards that it’s possible to return on a different day if you can’t complete it in one session—would have been helpful to know earlier. It was definitely tiring, but we’re very happy with the end product.

80x80 took me 9 hours to complete over 3 days… I’m not sure if that’s normal but I don’t think I was particularly slow🤣 for my first time tufting I think I should have been less ambitious by doing a smaller piece. either ways, this was a great experience!

아이들이 전부터 하고싶다고 했던 체험인데 한국에서 하는거보다 훨씬 저렴하게 나와있길래 예약했어요. 매장이 너무 예쁘고 갬성있어요. 초등고학년, 중학생인데 너무 재미있게 체험했어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고, 케이팝노래가 계속 나와서 흥겨웠어요~케이팝 좋아하신다더라고요^^ 아이들이 또 하고싶다고 하는데 일정상 시간이 될지 모르겠네요~즐거운시간이었습니다^^

It was great! Except that I would say that there were almost no guidance at all, I was given a video to watch on the do’s and don’ts and that’s pretty much it. It’s more like self learning but you can ask the staff if you’re unsure. I was there for about 3 hours to finish my piece (the class is stated to be 1.5hrs). Not much of a class, more like letting you use their space and materials to tuft but I’m happy with my outcome! And proud of how I managed to do it on my own!

Boleh guna ayat ulasan ni: Pengalaman tufting yang sangat menyeronokkan! Staff mesra dan banyak membantu sepanjang proses. Kelengkapan lengkap dan tempat selesa. Hasil akhir sangat memuaskan walaupun ini kali pertama cuba. Sangat disyorkan untuk aktiviti santai bersama kawan/pasangan.

I had no idea what I was doing, but I’ve always wanted to make a rug. After 10min of tutorial I was able to figure it out. They tell you to test it out on the side of your canvas and I notice some people ignored that and started right away. The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations and feedback if you asked.

We chose 70x70 and it took 6 hours total to finish the rug. We were unable to finish it in 1 day so we came again the next day. The assistants there were very helpful. I’m already planning to come there again. Definitely 10/10 recommended.

Loved it and I recommend it!! Before I booked a class here, I read the reviews which made it sound like this place was not helpful etc but I’m so glad I ignored the reviews! The team was super helpful from A to Z. They’re all so friendly, are there when we reached out to them and they’ll occasionally check in on us. They’ll check out our work and make sure it’s going good. Looking forward to book other workshops here! It was a great experience!

Enjoy the whole experience. My bf and I love the session very much! Have the sense of accomplishment to see things start from scratch and end up to be the cute Chip n Dale. Thanks to the friendly staff to guide and help along the way. Suggestion: Hope the venue can provide complete tools like trimmer and improve on the final touch up of the end product. I still suggest to start from tufting the outline first and follow by the inner as seen on YouTube or tutorial. If not it might messed up the piece. Hope can be back next time!

Had a great time, but very tiring. 40x40 is supposed to take 1.5 hour. But after 4 hours, we were only halfway done because there were too many details in our picture. We’re allowed to come back another day to continue, free of charge. The gun is suuuper heavy but manageable. If you want to complete everything in one session, pick a simple design, with less curves, less colours. The person was very helpful, encouraging, smiling all the time, which made the experience better. If you have time, best to watch some common errors on youtube before going.
