Mike's communications and verbal skills were top notch. He was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop from the start of the tour until it finished. Mike and Queen went out of their way to take spectacular photos for us at the Incense Village. They showed us the process of how to make incenses from start to finish. It was a humbling experience to see the workers work diligently. Mike then took us to Train Street to enjoy egg and coconut coffee while waiting for the train to arrive. Mike gave safety instructions to ensure everyone was safe. When the train finally arrived it was exhilarating and exciting. Let me just say that it was a once in a lifetime experience that my wife and I would never forget! Mike and Queen were very professional, kind, and showed us Vietnamese hospitality! Thank you Mike and Queen!

What made this tour truly unforgettable was Paul’s deep care for enriching our experience; not just as a proud son of Vietnam and of a history teacher, but as a human being who genuinely wants others to see his country the way he does. Through his stories, Vietnam came alive not only as a place of breathtaking beauty, but as a nation of enduring and resilient people who have survived the harshest trials and emerged not just standing, but thriving. The Incense Village was absolutely beautiful! Witnessing such craftsmanship up close was breathtaking, and we are so grateful to Paul for not only capturing stunning photos for us, but also for showing us how this centuries-old art comes to life. Because of Paul, we now carry with us a richer sense of Vietnam’s soul, and we already know we’ll come back just to experience Hanoi the way he so passionately described. And yesl, the train street was nothing short of exhilarating, a thrilling brush with the city’s heartbeat that we’ll never forget.

This trip is highly recommended! A huge shout out to our tour guide - Julie! Our customer experience wouldn't be smooth and great if it is not bcause of her. She is a great communicator, accomodating and very informative. The incense is really cool plus get to know how they were created from step 1 down to the last step.

It was a very good experience visiting Incense village and Train Street with our guide Thomas. Thomas has very good knowledge of the places we visited and excellent photography skills too. We clicked lots of photos in the Incense village and enjoyed the coffee ☕️ with snacks on Train Street.

it was interesting to know the traditional process of incense-making in Hanoi. Our guide, April was well informed about the traditions and culture about incense. The finished products are colorful and they are blooms. For the train station visit, it's a unique experience. an ordinary railway become a tourist attraction. Tourists are eagerly waiting for the arrival of the train beside the railway. The place is also surrounded with lots of souvenir shops and coffee shops.

It has been an incredible experience having Kelvin as our tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about Vietnam, communicates excellently in English, and shows great respect—especially toward the elderly. Throughout our trip, he was very hands-on in explaining the sights, assisting us at every step, and even capturing wonderful photos of our group. From the train street towards incense village. We truly enjoyed our short yet unforgettable time in Vietnam, made even more special thanks to Kelvin and our professional driver for the safe and careful trip. Very spacious van and comfortable. We will definitely come back to explore more of this beautiful country. Highly recommended! Cảm ơn ạ

Great experience. Perfect tour when you only have a few hours to spare. Worth every cent! Our tour guide, Harley, was amazing. He’s very friendly and learned a lot from him. Both places are very picturesque. Great for the gram! The father of the owner of the incense park was amazing as well. He became my official posing coach and photographer. Photos turned out well. Will definitely recommend this to everybody.

Had an amazing tour with Harley. We went to Train Street and then to the Incense village. Even along the way we saw so many sites. Harley being born and brought up in Hanoi is very knowledgable, and provided us with so much info about Vietnam along the way. surely recommend him and Klook
