First off, great and efficient communication with the Max Spa representatives via Whatsapp. Our location, preferred date and times were all confirmed and re-confirmed after booking, a few weeks before, and the day before. Yani and Ira were our therapists and they brought all necessary items for the massage to our treehouse villa. Both were very polite, accommodating, respectful and considerate. As someone who loves massages and has had them at nearly every place I visit throughout my travels in Asia and the West, I have to say this is by far one of the BEST sessions I have ever had (90mins of body + face massage). 10/10 would recommend and book again!

A must-do when travelling with young children. The massage was excellent, but most of all, it was incredibly convenient for families with preschool-aged children. My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage, our 10-year-old daughter had a gentle massage, and our 6-year-old son happily watched a movie while we were being treated. It made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free for everyone. We booked it just after Waterbom Bali. What a great choice!

Highly recommend Max Spa! Booking through Klook was incredibly easy, and communication via WhatsApp to set up the time was smooth and fast. The therapists arrived right at our villa on time, bringing a very professional and friendly attitude. The Balinese massage itself was fantastic—perfect pressure and deeply relaxing. It is so convenient not having to travel back to a hotel after a massage. Will definitely book again!
