i’ve gone to tons of massages in batam, and this one is the best i’ve ever experience. the staff is attentive and they don’t talk, massage skills are amazing and i fell asleep throughout. i will be back whenever i go to batam. i also appreciate their pick up service! i opted for the top to toe and the lunch was so nice and delicious. there was nobody in the spa and we had the whole place to ourselves. it was quiet and me and my partner really enjoyed it. they also had clocks set at the start of the session for u to see, so that u know they don’t cheat your time. absolutely love it!

Great place! Opened by fellow Singaporeans so was nice to hear familiar accents around as many Singaporeans also visit there! The body scrub was really good and the massage was nice too! Hair spa was super nice my hair was really soft after that! Place was clean as well so recommended!

Couple package is so worth! Lots of bath salts and oils to choose from. Clean environment. Orange milk bath was changed to just milk bath but ok. The floor was so cool too.

I had the very relaxing 4.5 hrs spa treatment package they call Top 2 Toe! It even included lunch, so I think it's value for money! Fitri was the one who did all the treatments for me! I loved the fact that though she can't speak much english, she tried her best to always check with me if the pressure's okay, if I feel any pain, etc. She was really friendly and has amazing, gifted set of hands! I will definitely be back here or their Nagoya branch when I go back to Batam!

Had a great experience at spa central! Prices were very affordable for such good quality service and massages. My mum loved the ear candle service! Worth a try! Transfer service was also top notch with clean cars and even free WiFi onboard!

Went to Spa Centeal Nagoya Branch - Very worth the price! Easy to communicate with the staff via Whatsapp to arrange the booking. Beautiful ambience, very relaxing!

My second visit, this time to the newest branch at Baloi (Penuin). In my opinion, this is at a much more accessible and convenient location compared to the others, as it is near Grand Batam, BCS, and Penuin market. Staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Manager even recommended nice food places nearby. Marta, the masseuse, was wonderful and has a magical touch. Absolutely love my time there.

Excellent experience! The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was nice and clean, the therapist (Desi) was skilled and considerate. Ticked all my boxes for a good spa package! Look at my photo and you’ll see a wide range of oils and scrubs available. I went for a three-hour package with aromatherapy massage, body scrub, milk bath and hair spa. Felt thoroughly refreshed and squeaky clean when all was said and done. Will definitely visit this outlet (Nagoya) again when I return to Batam.

They WhatsApp u for confirmation so it’s easier n can arrange pickup n return from the hotel u stay at additional cost. As for massage, room abit small, no relax music n after massage no proper dressing room for u the dress up n dry your hair but overall still worth the price u paid.
