Andreas was a great and very knowledgeable local guide. He explained a lot about Surabaya history as we walked and drove around the landmarks. The best must-go spot is the Submarine monument locally called as Monkasel. He was also flexible to swap around the landmarks which I had visited prior to this tour, such as Sanggar Agung temple with Al Akbar National mosque. Andreas' vehicle was also very clean, comfortable and spacious. Souvenir shop he brought me to was also very good price wise. Overall, even though this tour was private, I can recommend this city tour package for first time visitors to Surabaya as it can be time consuming to do the city DIY without a local guide to show you. around.

Firstly, we would like to say much thanks to Andre and the company for assisting us with our transfer as I had chosen wrong date by mistake and only realised it less thn 24hrs before. They were flexible to meet our requirements and changed the timings to suit us. Also since it was just our family for the activity, everything was not rushed. Andre also was very well informed and answered to all our queries. We are glad we booked for this activity!

We had an amazing time with Nita, she was an expert in bringing us around and teaching us about local heroes, delicious snacks and food. Nita made sure we got all the outdoor activities done with before it started to rain, she was pro-active in ensuring we got to cover as many places as possible before the tour ends. This tour was really interesting as it isnt just about the food, but it merges together with surabaya's history, and culture. Definitely would recommend!!

Our guide Nita was very engaging, humorous and responsible. Both Andre and her took very good care of my mom and I throughout all the destinations today. We had very good conversations in the car too! Thank you and this was the highlight of our day!

We had a wonderful tour of Surabaya with Laila. She took us to several interesting places around the city and told us a lot about the history and culture of Surabaya. We especially enjoyed visiting the spice market, which was really interesting and a lot of fun to see. We also had a delicious meal during the tour. Laila was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Surabaya!
