The hairstylists were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. Even though they didn’t speak much English, they really tried their best to communicate with us, and we truly appreciated their effort. We came as a group, and they managed to serve all of us almost at the same time, so we also finished together, which was very convenient. Everyone was happy with the experience. Thank you for your great service! We would definitely love to come back.

我今次做的是highlights和頭髮護理，因我之前做了漂染，頭髮變得脆弱，現在根部又長出了頭髮，夾雜着黑髮和白髮，十分突兀。雖然彼此言語不通，Chaerin院長很有耐性地檢查我的頭髮，彼此以翻譯軟件溝通，她明言highlights 掩蓋白髮的能力不夠，建議做漂染或全頭染色，漂染太傷頭髮，全頭染單一顏色又太單調，經過一輪商討，她終於同意幫我做highlights 染髮，很有心機地挑出我多白頭髮的地方做highlights，再染其他頭髮。頭髮護理後，從未試過這般的柔順。我十分滿意整體效果和她們的服務態度，有機會再去首爾，必定再搵Chaerin做頭髮。 服務：細心聆聽客人的需要，盡力解決客人的問題。

I came here for a haircut without any idea in mind as it was an impulse decision but the stylist was very understanding and kind to me. Even though there was a language barrier, he tried his best to communicate with me the steps and to make me comfortable, giving me a pretty style in the end. The head massage during the wash was also amazing! Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a new style! thank you Lee Chul Ker Ker Salon!
