Fun low stress unquiet activity! this was a well rounded accessible approach to dessert making and the instructor was very sweet. He did a great job trying to communicate with the two english parties present and made plenty of jokes when we made inevitable mistakes. Over all good laugh in a good area.
really fun class. teacher was funny and well spoken. instructions were clear and the space was very clean. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be but it was a total blast giving it a shot. definitely worth the money, they tasted fantastic as well.
This was such a fun class. The experience was fun and informational. We learned about different types of sweets in Japan, as well as some of their different components. The instructors did a good job explaining difficult concepts while making the sweets. The class did feel a bit rushed, though that might have been because half the attendees showed up a few minutes late.
I learned to make two styles of wagashi. It was more challenging than I thought. A fun experience especially when I ate the confectionery I made.
The workshop was fun and engaging, and the instruction was clear and easy to understand. The instructor explained everything well and made the experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
I had a fantastic timw learning experience leaning about Nerikiri making. Sensei has been very patient waiting for me to finish my work and he's very thorough on explaining the the process.
Daisuke was an amazing teacher. It was such a fun experience!
The chef was very good at explaining the steps. He explained it in both japanese and english. The sweets we made were also very tasty.
instructor was friendly and tried his best at English with the other attendees. I only booked the wagashi class but there was a match class after that I was unaware of and would have been nice to attend.
Lovely hour spent mindfully making traditional Japanese sweets which we also got to eat afterwards, clean setting, easy to find, value for money activity and a kind sensei who spoke English.
