Целодневна обиколка на Вила Ескудеро с обяд на водопад

it was a seamless transaction. they gave me the driver's details a day prior. driver was punctual and courteous. he let us enjoy watching our fave tv show at the back without minding our business. at the Villa Escudero resort, we just had to tell the name of the organizer and we were immediately given passes for carabao ride, lunch at the floating restaurant and museum. we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff in the resort. driver patiently waited for us to finish our tour before driving us back to Manila.

We had a good experience :) I enjoyed the cultural show a lot! The journey was smooth, I appreciate that the driver was polite and didn’t talk so much. He was on time in both picking up and dropping off. Can improve more on their food quality :)

Highly recommended to visit but try not to go during payday or weekend this place is jam-packed of tourist food is so-so the view is nice

因為天氣超級熱，所以太暴曬嘅地方都冇去，逗留咗唔夠一個鐘就走，但係去程要成三個鐘，回程遇上塞車仲要四個幾鐘，成日大部份時間都喺車上面，景點都值得入去嘅。

The lunch by the waterfall was great. The food was delicious! The bamboo rafting was super fun. The cultural dance show was also great. I wish I had booked a room in the connected resort to spend more time there. Loved it!

The place was good, but the tour operator forgot to pick us up as per schedule at SM hypermarket. This led to a 2 hour delay on which we missed the cultural performance. It took us 3.5 hours to reach as the driver didn’t take the expressway. The property was wonderful and is a must go when near Manila, but our experience could have been if the pick up and transfer would have been better

The itinerary was very good. However, the instructions on where to meet up was confusing. The instruction was to meet in front of Starbucks main mall MOA however that Starbucks is no longer there. My son & I had to search back & forth and we were late meeting the driver. A description of the car, contact number of the driver would be helpful. Also, the instruction said that he will be holding a note with Klook logo but he wasn't. I honestly thought we will miss the trip.

The experience with Klook--from picking up (timely arrival, friendly and professional driver) to the tour itself (great facilities, accommodating staff, great food) to drop-off were all amazing and pleasant.

It was a lovely place. The food was quite food, there were a lot to choose from as well. The driver was extremely friendly and gave stories along the way.

當天已經在集合點、集合時間，聯絡司機才發現旅行社窗口Jennifer安排錯誤的司機Ronaldo。趕緊又派另一位司機Erwin過來，導致行程延誤1小時，很破壞出遊興致。原本想要取消退費，但旅社窗口Jennifer和Klook平台都表示無法退費、也沒有實際的補償，最多只能提供【指定下車點】的服務，這點感到非常不滿!!支援的司機Erwin很客氣很禮貌，抵達後不斷對我們道歉，但我們明白不是他的問題，實在也不好追究，當下只能作罷。景點很好玩，但Vina Tour很差勁，klook也只讓我們自己和旅行社溝通，整體服務感受不佳，建議要買此行程的旅友們三思。
