My experience here was perfect! I completely loved the photos and the service. We made a same day appointment on klook and everything turned out better than expected. To start, the make-up artist/stylist: She was very flexible, kind and executed what i wanted to a T ! I came bareface & asked for a natural makeup look. As she was doing the makeup she continued to check in to make sure everything looked exactly how i wanted. She even allowed me to do my own eyebrows which was very kind of her!☺️ The foundation & everything else was her doing! I also was allowed to slick my own hair back lol and they provided me with the tools to do so! The photographer was amazing as well! He gave great directions with posing and shot an unlimited amount of photos! He provided props, and we received the photos in about 1-2 days ! I would definitely come back here again. Higly recommended.

Very nice photo studio, easy to find and beautiful pictures were taken. The staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait in order to start the session.

기모노 대여+헤어세팅(3300엔 별도)+촬영 = 총 1시간 53분 걸렸어요 직원이 일본어밖에 못하지만 정말 친절해요!! 사이즈별로 기모노가 7벌? 정도씩 있어요 선택지는 많이 없었지만 자신한테 어울리는거 고르면 예쁩니다!!

Very pleasant experience. The photographer and the lady who helped to dress up our family in Kimonos are both very patient. Recommend to do a family photo shoot as keepsake! Received all soft copies (to the extent the upload sharing tool was able to accomodate from a size perspective) as per the booking description.

呢度都多遊客所以都算容易溝通，最好嘅就喺佢有室內影棚，咁可以唔洗太熱太辛苦。店員們都非常友善，我同朋友仲加咗化妝set頭，手藝都喺非常好。運氣好嘅話嗰度仲有好可愛嘅貓貓～

A great experience! We were in a hurry so didn't pay for makeup and hair. Must be better if we had more time. Photographer has an assistant to assist us and translate for us. Photos were great. Kimono choices (about 20) are reasonable.

Absolutely recommend Studio Norlus Osaka. We are a group of 6 people: including 2 young kids (one is a hyper 2 years old). The weather has been unbearably hot in July here in Osaka. So we booked in the indoor studio photo shoot and it was the right decision. All the staff are lovely and works efficiently. The owner of the studio is a photographer genius. He works patiently and cheerfully even though our 2 years old was running around and got cranky at some point. Everyone was accomodating a d understanding. Thank you, Studio Norlus.

We loved our morning studio photo shoot. a very talented photographer with a great team of two friendly women who were very helpful with our limited Japanese.
