I used this service for transportation from the airport to Ubud. At the airport, the driver was waiting at the designated Klook waiting area. He immediately took my luggage and escorted me to the parking lot. My English is not very good, so we didn't have a lively conversation, but he spoke slowly and listened attentively, which was very kind. When I asked for recommendations on where to exchange money, he stopped at a government-approved exchange office along the way. The traffic conditions were not good, and we encountered many traffic jams. Especially as we got closer to Ubud, there was traffic congestion at almost every T-junction, and we were 30-40 minutes late. Although there is Grab for transportation, this service is reliable, kind, and allows you to plan ahead.
