Terms & Conditions

  1. This campaign ("Campaign") is jointly organized by Think Big Digital Sdn. Bhd. ("BIG") and Klook Travel Technology Limited ("KLOOK") (jointly referred to as "the Organizers").
  2. By participating in this Campaign, all participants ("Participants") are deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organizers from time to time (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organizers in all matters related thereto.
  3. Information on how to participate in the Campaign shall form part of the conditions of entry in the Campaign. Registration for and/or participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
  4. Campaign Period: From 15 May 2017 00.01 (GMT +8) until 31 Jul 2017 23.59 (GMT +8) unless advised otherwise by the Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit.
  5. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must do the following:
    • A. Must be an existing AirAsia BIG member (having subscribed and registered for membership and rewards program operated by BIG under the name "AirAsia BIG Loyalty Program") and have a unique registration number known as the "AirAsia BIG Member ID" issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign;
    • B. Participants must make a successful online purchase with KLOOK at https://www.klook.com/airasiabig ("Dedicated Website") during the Campaign Period and enter their AirAsia BIG Member ID at the payment checkout page ("Successful Order");
    • C. Every Successful Order by Participants will be eligible for an award of BIG Points;
    • D. Only Successful Orders made via Dedicated Website will be awarded BIG Points;
    • E. BIG Points will be awarded to the Participants on Successful Orders (excluding taxes and shipping costs) at the following rate:

      - 10 BIG Points for every USD1 spent on Hong Kong Disneyland (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Airport Express Tickets (Hong Kong), SEA LIFE Ocean World (Bangkok) and Everland (Seoul) at Dedicated Website;

      - 4 BIG Points for every USD1 spent at Dedicated Website;

      - One-off bonus 300 BIG Points for first time purchase at Dedicated Website by newly registered KLOOK user.

  6. The Organizers reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of Successful Orders and Participants at any point in time.
  7. The award of BIG Points will be credited to the Participant's BIG Shot account within thirty (30) days (or any other period as the Organizers deem necessary) of the Successful Order subject to the Organizers receiving all necessary information as deemed necessary.
  8. Retro-claims by Participants for the award of BIG Points will not be entertained. Any request by Participants to provide their AirAsia BIG Member ID or to be eligible for BIG Points after exiting the payment page at the Dedicated Website will not be entertained.
  9. Only Participants who fulfil the Campaign terms and conditions shall be eligible for the award of BIG Points. The Organizers reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the award of BIG Points from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
  10. BIG Points are not exchangeable and/or transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  11. The Organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the award of BIG Points from any Participant if they believe the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the BIG Points or undertaken in any activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organizers.
  12. The Organizers reserve the right to use any personal data and/or images of Participants in any manner and/or for any purpose as they deem fit and by participating in this Campaign, all Participants are deemed to have consented to such use with no monetary payment whatsoever.
  13. Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organizers, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organizers.
  14. The Organizers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizers shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizers for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  15. The Organizers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Campaign (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  16. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and supersede.
  17. The Organizers reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants. The Organizers' decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including the award of BIG Points to eligible Participants is deemed final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.
