Reviews
Location: It was great being close to Dotonbori! Experience: The clothes were so beautiful~ I went to Osaka Castle, and because the clothes were so pretty, many other tourists asked to take pictures with me, which made me very happy! The price is also quite reasonable! However, the shoes hurt my feet a lot and made them tired. If you don't like uncomfortable feet, I recommend wearing sneakers.
We just LOVED this experience! Everyone at the store was so kind and accommodating. Their selection was great and the hairstyles were so fun. we also did 1 hour photo shoot with TJ and it was very special. I thought Isaka Castle would be best but TJ took us around the streets if Dotonbori and it was way better. Unique shots and great fun. Thank you for a perfect experience 🫶🌸
90 minute rental, as a plus size not much choice, but designs were still beautiful, so no complaints. We walked to a shrine and then back to the shop. Oberall good experience.
They were very kind people. There was also a staff member who could speak Korean, and they also spoke English, so I was able to experience it without any inconvenience. There were many types of kimonos, and there were many obi/decorations/bags, so I could take what I wanted. When I said I didn't know what to choose, they recommended something that suited me. They also took care of my hair very carefully. There was a menu-like list of recommended hairstyles, so I could choose the style I wanted. I was worried about what to do because my hair was short (bob length), but I was glad they recommended something. There were many types of hairpins to put in my hair, so I could choose the one I wanted. The dressing room was curtained off and quite spacious, which was nice. There was no inconvenience when changing clothes, and I didn't worry about being seen from the outside. Two people helped me get dressed, and their skills were very good. I was worried because I'm on the larger side, but I didn't have to worry about it. They said there was only one size, but it was okay. The size was sufficient. I think it must have been a little difficult for the people who dressed me. But I was glad that they did it carefully. I want to go again next time. It cost about 2000 yen to take a taxi to Osaka Castle. If you come to Osaka, be sure to try on a kimono. It's fun. I went in February, and they gave me a shawl because I was worried it would be cold. But the shawl doesn't look as good~~
The staff members are very kind! I also appreciated their recommendations for what suited me best. Thanks to Yukiko-san, who speaks Korean, I had a wonderful time throughout the preparation process. The talented staff member styled my hair beautifully, making everything perfect. I wore the kimono and explored Osaka, and everywhere I went, people complimented me on how well it suited me.😊 Thanks to them, I made some wonderful memories.❤️ (Next time, I'll study Japanese and go with my family!)
The staff were incredibly friendly! While the counter staff seemed a bit laid-back, the staff who helped with the kimono fitting and hair styling were exceptionally kind! Those who speak some Japanese will be able to converse with them. There were so many beautiful kimonos to choose from. I wear a size 88, and I was pleased that there were many options available. It was also great that we could return the kimonos until 9 PM.
The staff was so, so, so friendly that I felt so good ㅜ They were incredibly meticulous and helped me put on the kimono gently! And kimono rental is only 40,000 won, and adding hair accessories is 5,000 won each. There's also a set that includes a fancy obi and other things for the waist for 20,000 won, but even if you just add one 5,000 won accessory to the 40,000 won kimono, it's enough to look beautiful!! I thought it included the kimono and only paid for the 30,000 won hair set, but I was so embarrassed when I found out it was only for hair. The description seems to be wrong!!! Make sure to get the "40,000 won kimono set," and if you get your hair done as well, it's +30,000 won, so it's in the 70,000 won range. I paid more than I thought, but I was very satisfied and highly recommend it because they were so kind and nice. The photos came out great.
It was a satisfying experience! The staff were able to communicate in Japanese, English, and Korean, and everyone was very friendly. There were many types of kimonos, and we had plenty of time to choose our outfits. There were also many beautiful accessories such as various belts, bags, and hairpins that could be used for an additional fee. They dressed us in yukata very quickly and styled our hair perfectly. Thanks to kawaii osaka, it was a fun and happy trip!
It was so wonderful! I accidentally booked only the hair styling without realizing I needed a reservation for the full experience, but they kindly explained everything and allowed me to participate. I was very happy with my hair, and there were so many costume options. I really want to do it again! ^^
I really have to say that the service attitude is very good 👍. I feel very happy these days. The highlight is that after I came back, they served me very considerately! I really have to say that the service attitude is very good👍. I feel very happy these days.
