Pre-Departure Notice

We will contact you via your provided contact information between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure. If you do not receive any travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. • During peak travel periods in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic congestion is common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on actual conditions. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen (bullet train) tickets and to bring light snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to bring luggage or if you are traveling with infants or children.
• Please check your email, as we will contact you via email if we cannot reach you through messaging apps.
• Vehicle type: Based on the number of people. For small group tours, a driver and staff member will provide full tour service, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of force majeure (blizzard, highway closure, etc.), the cancellation of attractions or changes to the itinerary will not result in refunds or rescheduling.
• If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day prior to departure.
• In the event of typhoons, blizzards, or other adverse weather conditions, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 local time 1 day prior to departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, or the inability to participate in the tour or poor-quality scenery photos. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedules and duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. Please inform those concerned.
• The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other routes or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons. • This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. We will arrange this if possible, but it is not guaranteed. If no request is made, a Chinese-speaking guide will be provided by default. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children under 3 years old require a ticket if they need a seat, and the price is the same as for adults. Please also indicate this in the remarks.
