  • Please note: The Haoken Tozan Train will undergo maintenance from 13 Feb-7 Mar 2019. During this period, a shuttle bus will be arranged within the affected region from Sounzan Station to Ohwakudani Station

  • You may redeem your tickets as early as 7 days before your selected boarding date. Tickets are valid for three days after first use
  • Once redeemed, voucher could not be used again
  • No changes can be made on the pick up day

    Easy to use package but beware of the last boarding time. Tokyo shops closed late at night but shops in hakone can close as early as 5pm and boat ride last ship at 3.40pm!

    Highly recommended if you plan to visit Hakone and Kamakura. Easy pick up, comes with discount vouchers (if an event is ongoing) and very easy to use! Just show your ticket to the station staff and you are good to go! To anime fans, don't miss the Evangelion Store in Hakone Yumoto Station and the Slam Dunk crossing at Kamakurakoko-Mae Station, in Kamakura.

    Definitely get this pass if you're planning on going to Hakone, Kamakura and Enoshima. We never did end up going to the latter two because we ran out of time I our schedule but we used the pass to spend two days in Hakone because you're gonna need it. Using the pass is more convenient and cheaper in the long run than paying individual fares especially when you follow the recommended sightseeing course they have in the tourist brochure.

    If you want to visit Hakone with unlimited rides then book this 3-day pass ticket! I had experienced all 5 transportation - train, bus, cruise, ropeway and cable car! It’s easier to go from place to place if you have this pass!

    Sadly, we didn't get the chance to see Mt. Fuji. Bought 3-day unlimited pass, but only used it for one day trip. I suggest reading the voucher carefully (we didn't, lol) as you need to claim the actual pass at Shinjuku. Voucher includes unlimited rides from Shinjuku to Hakone, vice versa for 3 days.

    The 3-day pass is convenient and saves you money. Just show the pass to the station officer when you pass through the gates for train, or ride on and off the buses, or boarding the cruise, ropeway and cable car in Hakone. I even went to the Mishima Skywalk in Shizuoka by riding the Tozan Orange Bus from Motohakone-ko by using this pass.

    Saw people buying tickets in the counter. Time consuming! We arrived the counter and show the staff what we have booked then staff confirmed our tickets immediately. But it would be better if we can use e tickets. Still quite positive experience!
