Although many farmers in the area had already harvested, our guide Peter (English name) still tried his best to find several spots for us to take photos. The sun was too strong, so we couldn't capture the vibrant purple color seen in advertisements. Lastly, please be sure to bring swimwear that is easy to put on and take off, as playing in the lake at the end is very refreshing.
The harvest came early this year, but our tour guide went above and beyond to find us lavender fields 😊 Southern France is truly beautiful, highly recommend visiting!
An enjoyable one-day tour with a well-organized itinerary and an expert tourist guide. The tour includes several spots featuring beautiful lavender fields. Despite the tight schedule, there is enough free time allotted in Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and at the Sainte-Croix Lake. Highly recommended!
When we came, the flower season had just begun. Our tour guide Coco was very good at English and driving skills. He led seven of us in the car to find the lavender fields in full bloom. Historical stories of various places are explained along the way, making the journey rich and interesting. I originally planned to drive by myself but canceled it for some reason. It was very worthwhile to book a one-day trip to Lake Sainte-Croix. It is more recommended than the half-day trip!
