The whole experience was amazing from the starting to the end . Mr. Juan who picked us up was very kind, sweet and helpful. the staff was great . the experiences were really good . The rooms were clean and tidy and the views were amazing from the cruise . unlike other cruises that we spotted, ours was the best . They specially curated an Indian 4 course dining menu for dinner which was really tasty. Dinner included some very special moments where the staff made everyone feel special especially who were celebrating something like anniversaries and birthdays . They kept in mind our preferences . lunch breakfast had veg options too to cater to everyone . the spa was also too relaxing . loved every bit of it . it was totally worth it and I’d recommend it to everyone.

This ship is very new, the decoration design is very modern, the rooms and facilities are clean and tidy, the waiters are also very friendly and enthusiastic, and the food is different from other ships. All activities on the itinerary are free, only drinks and a few facilities and activities require additional fees (such as KTV or SPA). The triple room was very large, and the facilities were decent, but didn't quite feel like five-star quality, with a slightly old and not super clean feel. Cons: The attractions were too crowded, requiring you to walk one after another, making it difficult to truly appreciate the scenery. So, after visiting the first, Surprise Cave, we chose not to go to Titop Island because there were more heads than sand! Also, the time management was very poor. First, during the shuttle bus journeys to and from the location, we were dropped off at a place selling pearls and another selling silk, requiring at least a 30-40 minute walk, but the itinerary did not mention any such arrangement, which was a waste of time. The biggest complaint is that we waited for over an hour for the shuttle bus to arrive after disembarking the boat. Other passengers on the boat had a car waiting for them as soon as they got off, wasting a lot of time! I estimate this was because they had to take customers arriving at the pier to shopping spots, so they were later than shuttle buses from other companies. Second, there was a group of Indian tourists on the boat who were habitually 15-20 minutes late for every departure or return trip from any attraction, making all the other passengers wait. Although it was mainly the problem of these low-quality guests, I think at least the departure to the attraction should not wait for latecomers, because it was agreed what time to depart, and it's their free choice whether to participate in the activity, so it should depart on time. And since they were repeatedly late, they should be emphasized to be on time to avoid affecting other guests. But overall, the experience on the boat was good.

Such an amazing cruise! really loved the cabin asthetic and it was really clean! staff were great and the cruise was not overcrowded which was great. will absolutely come on the Catherine cruise again but the next time I would stay longer perhaps a 3 day 2 night cruise.
