Drinks on the boat need to be paid for separately. After boarding the boat that day, I found that I was combined with Koreans. There was no problem. However, the store clearly said that the tour guide would be English or Thai. However, from beginning to end, the tour guide was Korean. Fortunately, there was a little sister on the boat who spoke English, otherwise I would not give it a single star. I can accept the combined tour, but the translator arranged on the boat did not follow the store's instructions. If I had known, I would have chosen a half-day tour from another store.

Our day was ruined! They put us on a wrong and much cheaper tour. Klook needs to vet their tour operators properly. Now they said they will just refund but what about our plans and day? Ruined. Klook needs to have their operators accountable for their mistakes. They overbook people and cancel at the very last minute with complete disregard of a person's time. Then no other compensation. Will stay away from this tour operator and Klook. This is not the first time Klook and their tour operators cancelled on us at the last minute!
