The Chinese tour guide was very humorous and attached great importance to protecting the local ecology. He was very clear when explaining the rules of the activity!

The activity started at 3:30 PM. By 10:00 AM that morning, no one had confirmed the pick-up details, so I had to inquire via WhatsApp. The hotel name was incorrect; after correcting it, the driver still went to the wrong hotel, causing a 22-minute delay. Upon arrival for tea, there were only six people in the entire group, including one child. This was followed by a large group of staff, women, and children! I was the last person to get food; I only managed to get a small portion of fried noodles on the first round. When I wanted to get more, the entire plate was empty. When I tried to take a mini donut, a child reached for it! Then we went to see the monkeys, but only saw one proboscis monkey and three or four long-tailed macaques. After that, we didn't see anything else.

My first experience of mountain biking was pretty good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes and the mangroves were relatively pristine.

We were put with a different tour that included an ATV ride plus the mangrove tour. We had to wait until the other tour group arrived and took their ATV rides before the river cruise. We were not provided with an English speaking guide on the river, just a few words to us in English, while the guide provided extensive commentary in Chinese to the other tour group. One of the boat crew played the guitar and sang loudly during the river trip. I found this annoying and out of place. For the ride back to our hotel, instead of our original ride, we were put in jump seats with no seat belts in the back of a van for the other tour group. The dinner was ok, but was not in a local restaurant as described, but in the open hall where we had to wait earlier. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Enjoy the beauty of nature, wildlife, and beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Dinner is generally okay.

this tour is for Chinese people and to them it might be great. But if you want to see wildlife and experience a quiet river Cruise look further. First everything was delayed by a lot as we where waiting for the tour members to show up. then we arrived at the river site and had to sit there in a big hall for around 1 hour to listen to Chinese music. when the tour finally started the music didn't stop so all the wildlife was frightened off as the boats did a race through the river and there was shouting etc.. all chances of seeing the monkeys and birds etc. was gone by that time. Our guide, we didn't even know who that was supposed to be, talked in Chinese and my friend and I could just guess what's going on. it all endet in a meal that was fine but us being tiered after an unsatisfied day, couldn't really enjoy it. I would not recommend this tour if you want to see the animals.

The transportation arrangement will be notified of the meeting time through the communication software a few hours before departure on the day, and the hotel will pick you up. Very punctual! But the proboscis monkey itinerary was cancelled due to rain. Also because of the heavy rain, we had afternoon tea at 5 pm and dinner at 6 pm! After the heavy rain stopped, we boarded the boat to see the fireflies. The number of fireflies was not much. There were only a few dozen glowing lights on a few mangroves by the river, which was much less than what I saw in Kuala Lumpur! But these fireflies will be attracted by the lights of the boat, fly close to the passengers, and can be caught with your hands, glowing in your palms.

The car was late and the tour guide didn't answer the phone! There were not enough seats for the return trip and no communication was made! The transportation is really bad! To improve
