The discount rate is high and easy to use. You can apply even if you have a VISIT BUSAN PASS. Please note that the Busan store’s business hours are quite short.
Myeongdong is very convenient for transportation, shopping, shopping and eating.
This voucher is useful. There is a reception counter at Shinsegae and you can ask the receptionist there. They will guide you on everything that you need to know. If you're not clear on anything just ask them. They're friendly and very helpful.

I used this in Busan. I actually had trouble finding the customer service place for the duty free store since it was part of a different mall since the Shinsegae Mall is pretty big. Once I found the customer service desk I showed them the Klook voucher and my passport and they gave me a free face mask.
We claim our voucher via klook app and presented this to the customer service on lvl 12 flr. It is only applicable for foreigners /tourist with valid passport + they will register you as a member.
I really recommend you to come to Busan. It’s delicious and fun. I didn’t have enough time, so I unfortunately didn’t use the Lotte and Shinsegae discounts.
