Our guide Suki had excellent command of the itinerary, giving us ample time to experience each activity, and the four activities weren't tiring. Fishing wasn't as grand as Hwacheon, but it was sufficient for a first-time experience, and you could also play on ice sleds without being crowded. You definitely have to pay 12,000 to ride the luge twice to fully enjoy it. The strawberries were so big and delicious, and although the seaweed wasn't a mandatory shopping stop, you'll still buy it after the tasting, it's cheaper than at the airport, and you can also wear Hanbok for free in the indoor photo area. I really loved this itinerary.
Rachel is a very friendly guide who patiently explained everything to us in detail. We really loved the itinerary — it wasn’t rushed at all and was perfect for families. The luge was fun, the strawberries were incredibly sweet, and we enjoyed trying the seaweed and dressing up in hanbok. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!
Our tour leader Teddy was very diligent and provided detailed explanations throughout the trip. I highly recommend him!
This day trip to South Korea was exceptionally well-planned, completely exceeding our expectations! As parents, our biggest worry when traveling abroad with children is a rushed itinerary or inconvenient transportation. However, the flow of this trip was extremely smooth, and the attractions were arranged perfectly, allowing both adults and children to explore the beauty of Korea in the most relaxed state. A special thank you to our guide, Rachel. She not only demonstrated a high level of professionalism, but her explanations of the historical background of the attractions were vivid and interesting. Even the children were deeply attracted to her story-filled introductions and listened with great interest throughout. What was even more heartwarming was that Rachel was observant throughout the trip, always assisting with the children's small and large needs, and carefully reminding us of various precautions. Her heartfelt enthusiasm and professional assistance made the entire journey full of joy and peace of mind. What amazed us the most was guide Rachel's incredible language skills. During the trip, she demonstrated a high level of linguistic competence. Whether it was standard fluent Mandarin, authentic and friendly Cantonese, or native-like Korean when communicating with local shopkeepers, she was able to handle it with ease and switch between them effortlessly. Seeing our children having so much fun, with smiles always on their faces, made us, as parents, feel very gratified. This was not just a superficial sightseeing trip, but a high-quality, in-depth family tour. In conclusion, this is a very family-friendly itinerary. If you are looking for a local Korean tour that is both in-depth and full of warm service, I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this option to friends and family. If I have the opportunity to visit Korea again in the future, this will definitely be my first choice!
I feel that team leader Rachel made careful arrangements and took great care of the tour members. She also helped take family photos for the tour members, which was very thoughtful and gave our family wonderful memories. I am confident that I will join the team leader again next time to explore other routes!

He's precise with timing, has a professional tour guide license, and, most importantly, is friendly and handsome! He speaks multiple languages! A top choice for KLOOK Seoul tours!
