Driver was prompt. when he arrived at the hotel i stayed he asked who was booking for KLOOK. Though i don't really understand him, he showed me his phone with my name on it. there were only 6 of us. I was the second to be pick-up. Driver was very accommodating and in his broken and few English he tries so much to communicate to us. Kudos to the operator and Klook.

Order the Pattaya Hotel to BKK Airport shared transfer two days before departure, book the hotel pick-up at 11 am on January 23, and wait 20 minutes early at the hotel lobby to wait for 11:00 to see the driver arrive on time. Reaching the international airport is very fast and convenient, it is more time-saving and faster than taking the bus to the bus terminal

Very nice. Flight time will be confirmed, plus waiting in advance. So we arrived 30 minutes early. Call the car to pick it up immediately. wechat will confirm the day before the ride. The car is new and cold. The seat is large, and even a bag can seat it. The driver will help to bring luggage into the car. The drive time is about 2H, and the journey is smooth.

It’s very convenient to book through Klook. When we reached airport, we follow the Klook voucher given instruction to meet our bus guide who bring us directly from BKK to Pattaya. We enjoyed the whole journey in the bus.

smooth and cost effective. go to level 1 bus area and for me the klook lady was waiting at the seats between gate 7 and 8. Eventually, switch from bkk airport bus to minivan at pattaya whom will drive you to your hotel.
