- Cats Tea Room is the home of the cats, and it offers drinks, light snacks, and board games for customers
- The initial purpose of opening the cafe was to provide a comfortable and warm home for stray cats. Half of the cats in the original Tsuen Wan branch are adopted, while all the cats in the Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui branches are adopted
- After closing hours, the cats are free to roam and the cafe provides them with food, sleeping mats, warm water bags, cat toys, and more, so they can have a peaceful night
