Affordable way to go to airport. The service is on time and not late.I will definitely will book their services again when i return to Thailand
Extremely seamless booking and I had no issues with the pick up. The driver was 20 minutes early which we had appreciated, and the ride was smooth. I would recommend it again!
The driver came to the hotel to pick us up on time and arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport in about 30 minutes. Of course, tipping the driver is also ok.
It ’s too bad. I made an appointment at 9:30 in the morning, but the result was an hour earlier. In the morning, there was a traffic jam in Bangkok. I did n’t even get to the meeting point. I did n’t even get there.
Thank you for choosing Klook. We regret the inconvenience and trouble this time. To explain to you a bit, the event webpage has indicated that the selected time is the departure time after all passengers have been picked up. The supplier will reconfirm the hotel pick up time with you in advance, and the pick up time is 15-60 minutes before your selected departure time. Sincerely appreciate your understanding. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
Being late for more than 30 minutes The driver's attitude is generally comfortable and clean and the price is acceptable
