‘Luxurious Oceanic Feast’ Dinner Buffet (From now until March 31, except February 16 to 22)
Embark on a sensational culinary journey with Big Bay Café’s ‘Luxurious Oceanic Feast’, a sumptuous seafood-themed dinner buffet that has captured the hearts of seafood lovers since its debut. Due to popular demand, this spectacular dining experience has been extended until the end of March, inviting you to continue indulging in an extraordinary oceanic adventure of exquisite flavours.
Savour over 35 premium seafood delights thoughtfully curated to impress your palate. The Japanese sashimi station tempts with unlimited servings O-Toro, Chu-toro, Akami, Argentine Red Prawn, and Sweet Prawns. The chilled seafood counter brims with oceanic gems including Lobster (Fridays to Sundays only), Brown Crab, Snow Crab, Blue Mussel, and Prawn. Upon seating, guests will also enjoy a Seafood Platter presented by staff at the table, featuring carefully selected chilled seafood including Chilled Lobster, Three-Spot Crab, Smoked Salmon with Salmon Roe and Marinated Sea Snail on regular days, with an upgraded version including Chilled King Crab Leg, Giant River Prawn, and Scallop Ceviche on Fridays to Sundays for an even more indulgent feast.
The culinary team also introduces new creations that promise delightful surprises. Highlights include Grilled Whole Eel, Salt-grilled Pacific Saury, Truffle Prawn Toast, and Steamed Garoupa Fillet. Other must-try dishes range from Ginger and Scallion Stir-Fried Lobster Claw, Uroyaki, Braised Fish Maw with Shrimp Roe Noodles, Hot and Spicy Crayfish, Sichuan Boiled Fish with Pickled Vegetables, Braised Whelk with Yellow Wine and Chili, Grilled Prawn with Garlic Butter, Steamed Scallop with Garlic and Vermicelli, Stir-Fried Clam in Black Bean and Chili Sauce, Korean Grilled Squid with Gochujang Sauce, and more. To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Big Bay Café presents a delightful selection of auspicious Chinese New Year delicacies to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Highlights include Buddha Jumps Over the Wall and Roast Suckling Pig (available from the first to the third day of Chinese New Year), Braised Abalone and Duck Feet with Vegetables, Braised Dried Oysters with Sea Moss, Poon Choi, Steam Dried Scallop in Winter Melon, and more. The buffet offers a variety of regular delicacies, including a selection of Sashimi such as such as Salmon, Hamachi or Octopus; assorted sushi and rolls, including classic Salmon Sushi, Eel Sushi, Prawn Sushi, and innovative options like Mango Rolls or Avocado Crab Rolls; Seafood on Ice featuring Snow Crab, Mussels, Clams, and Prawns. In addition, the buffet also serves an array of Cold Cuts, Sirloin Steak, Indian Curries, and other sumptuous Hot Dishes to satisfy your appetite.
