The buffet offers a variety of regular delicacies, including a selection of Sashimi such as such as Salmon, Hamachi or Octopus; assorted sushi and rolls, including classic Salmon Sushi, Eel Sushi, Prawn Sushi, and innovative options like Mango Rolls or Avocado Crab Rolls; Seafood on Ice featuring Snow Crab, Mussels, Clams, and Prawns. In addition, the buffet also serves an array of Cold Cuts, Sirloin Steak, Indian Curries, and other sumptuous Hot Dishes to satisfy your appetite.

Big Bay Cafe's ‘Luxurious Oceanic Feast’ Dinner Buffet has captivated seafood lovers since its debut at the start of the year, and by popular demand, we're thrilled to announce it's been extended all the way through to the end of May, bringing with it an even more spectacular seafood spread for you to enjoy!
This latest edition arrives with a stunning refresh. Over 40 premium seafood creations await, with beloved crowd-favourites continuing to take centre stage, such as King Crab Legs, Salmon Roe, Fish Maw, Lobster and an array of seafood delights all drawing inspiration from the finest Chiu Chow, Sichuan, Korean, and Spanish culinary traditions for an oceanic feast like no other. On the exclusive evenings of 18, 19, 25, and 26 April, the culinary team will stage a Live Whole Bluefin Tuna Carving Demonstration performance right on the buffet line. Watch as our skilled chefs masterfully break down the Bluefin Tuna, delivering an experience that is as visually spectacular as it is deliciously rewarding.
The centrepiece remains the elevated Seafood Platter, served right at your table, showcasing premium seafood imported directly from South Korea. Sourced from Wando, Korea's most celebrated abalone-producing region, the abalone is well known for its tender, springy texture and naturally sweet flavour, while Korean scallops and mussels impress with their plump and succulent meat. On weekdays, guests are treated to Lobster, Korean Scallops, Korean Mussels, Three Spot Crab, and Cured Salmon Gravlax; on Fridays to Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve, the selection is grandly upgraded to feature King Crab Legs, Three Spot Crab, Korean Scallops, Korean Mussels, and premium Wando Abalone, a truly indulgent spread presented at the peak of freshness. The Japanese sashimi station delights with unlimited seasonal offerings including Scallops (Fridays to Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve), Argentine Red Prawns (Mondays to Thursdays), Hamachi , and more; while the chilled seafood station continues to impress with Lobster (Fridays to Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve), Snow Crab Legs, Brown Crab (Mondays to Thursdays), Blue Mussels, and Prawns, alongside unlimited Salmon Roe to complete the ultimate oceanic spread.
The culinary team's newly crafted dishes add yet another layer of excitement to this extraordinary feast. Chiu Chow Style Clams with Fish Sauce are silky-tender with a deeply savoury and lingering finish; the Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Sea Conch and Conpoy simmers to a rich and nourishing broth that warms the soul; Truffle Shrimp Toast arrives perfectly golden and crispy, concealing a springy prawn filling with an intoxicating truffle fragrance. Clams in Tom Yum Broth deliver a vibrant punch of spicy-sour Southeast Asian aromatics that awaken the palate; Sichuan Style Mouthwatering Squid bathed in signature mala sauce is bold, fiery, and impossible to resist; a hearty Spanish Paella loaded with prawns, clams, and squid brings sun-drenched Mediterranean spirit to the table. Thai Style Clams Lettuce Wrap features fresh and sweet clam meat nestled in crisp lettuce leaves, elevated with aromatic Thai herbs and spices for a delightfully refreshing burst of flavour in every bite; Not to be missed is the made-to-order Soymilk Seafood Hot Stone Pot, a sizzling and aromatic creation that locks in the natural sweetness of fresh seafood with the silky richness of tofu, as comforting as it is delicious. Rounding out the menu are equally impressive signatures, such as Ginger and Scallion Stir-Fried Lobster Claw, Uroko-Yaki, Steam Seabass with Huadiao Wine and Chicken Fat, Braised Fish Maw with Shrimp Roe Noodles, Grilled Prawn with Garlic Butter, Steamed Scallop with Garlic and Vermicelli, Sichuan Boiled Fish with Pickled Vegetables and Korean Grilled Squid with Gochujang Sauce, each a masterful celebration of the sea's finest offerings.
