Ticket Notice

• This event is in the form of QR CODE electronic tickets, and there is no replacement for physical tickets.
• This event adopts the form of fully electronic tickets. After successfully purchasing the tickets, you will receive the electronic ticket QR Code by email. When you enter the venue, you can show the QR code on your mobile phone, or print the QR Code directly for scanning the admission ticket.
• The QR Code electronic ticket sent by the system is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One set of QR Code can only be used by one person.
• Each account is limited to purchase a total of 10 tickets.
• Each ticket requires a $40 platform handling fee, which will be settled together with the ticket price.
• Each ticket ordered cannot be issued separately. Tickets can only be issued to one email address.
• If the performance is cancelled or postponed, the organiser SPACE MUSIC FESTIVAL is responsible for the relevant program arrangements and reserves the right to reschedule. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to the Hong Kong government’s epidemic restrictions, the ticket will be reserved for one year. If the event cannot be postponed for one year, customers can apply for a refund from SPACE MUSIC FESTIVAL.
• No refunds or refunds will be accepted for tickets sold. Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Once the ticket is purchased successfully, it will be deemed that you agree to all the above event precautions.
• Electronic tickets are anonymous tickets. Please do not make the ticket QR code public or provide it to a third party to prevent others from pretending to be admitted.
• If the ticket is lost or damaged, it will not be reissued. Please be sure to keep the purchased ticket properly.
• Each ticket is limited to one person. There is no age limit for the performance. Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
• During the performance, it is strictly forbidden to use flash photography, photography, recording and live broadcast on mobile phones. If found, the on-site staff has the right to delete the audio-visual materials of this event immediately.
• Ticket-holding spectators are required to abide by the regulations of the organiser and the venue. If there is any behavior that interferes with the activities, the organiser has the right to ask them to leave the venue.
• Event-related information changes, and the organiser reserves the right to change or terminate this event at any time.

Admission Ticket Electronic Redemption Voucher Please present this coupon at the reception of ““Space Music Festival: The Cosmic Splash”” on September 23, 2023 to exchange for an admission ticket to ““Space Music Festival: The Cosmic Splash””. The ticket holder can only enter Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong once with the ticket from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm on September 23, 2023 and enter the Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong entrance. The ticket is non-refundable or exchangeable and can only be used once by the ticket holder on the date and time specified above. This ticket cannot be upgraded to ““Year-round Go Splash Membership””/"“Year-round Go Splash Lite Membership”" on the day of park visit. The ticket includes access to the amusement facilities open in the park. Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong will close the amusement facilities at any time due to repairs, maintenance, bad weather or other reasons without prior notice. Refund requests made by the ticket holder based on the aforementioned circumstances, regardless of the full or partial amount, will not be entertained. This is one of the terms of sale of the ticket. In case of severe weather, including but not limited to typhoon signal No. 8 or above, black rainstorm, etc.,Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong may close the park with or without notifying the public. If the number of people present at Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong reaches the maximum capacity between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the above-mentioned designated date,Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong will control the number of people admitted, and the ticket holder may not be admitted. Admission is subject to Ocean Park Hong Kong. Bylaws, Safety Rules and Park Rules displayed at the entrance of Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong and/or other appropriate locations. Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong is not responsible for loss or damage to the property of anyone in the park. In case of any dispute, the final decision of Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong will prevail.

Important information

• Admission ticket holders can use the free shuttle bus service from Ocean Park Hong Kong to Water Park Ocean Park Hong Kong. Visitors can take a shuttle bus to Water Park Ocean Park Hong Kong at the public bus interchange near the entrance.
• Water World Ocean Park Hong Kong provides convenient keyless lockers for visitors to rent online or on-site at a daily fee. During the rental period, they can be opened repeatedly by themselves, allowing you to easily store personal belongings.
• Visitors can bring their own sandals/slippers, swimsuits, waterproof bags and towels, or purchase them at the merchandise shop in the lobby.
