The guide 'Wili' was the worst we had in the four days tour. Firstly, he didn't call the previous night and upon calling atleast three times, was not apologetic at all. Secondly, he made the entire tour members walk in blazing sun when the bus was anyway going to the restaurant. Thirdly, after lunch the bus driver and guide got into an argument and upon asking never explained anything and made everyone change the bus. Fourthly, during the entire tour, he never explained anything and was only rushing from one place to another. As per the initial itinerary, the tour was expected to complete by 5-6pm, but he completed it by 3pm. I expect KLook to take serious note of the guide's attitude and take action.

Nice trip. A little packed to do all 3 in a day for a medium paced tourist. I usually move fast and wish I could have covered another place in addition to this. These are must see destinations and its a good tour to cover typical Beijing destinations. (There is a boat ride at the beginning which is an additional 120 bucks. It’s a nice experience and worth the money)

Dear Klook, thank you for the amazing experience. You have shown me how irresponsible a tour operator can be. Recently I have signed up 4 different daily tours + 2shows with Klook. All in Beijing. There has been no update on the pick up time for ALL tours even till the night before the tour. Upon calling the Klook helpline, I was informed by Klook employees that I need to call the local 3rd tour operator directly to confirm the timing. I would like to ask Klook what is the role you are playing and what have you done to earn the commission in this arrangement. If I need to call the local 3rd party operator directly, I might as well sign up with the hotel saving me the hassle and also the hefty overseas call charges. In addition, the tour guide - Wilson Yang is the worst tour guide I have ever seen. He does not look after the tour members. There are elder folks in the tour. He just keep walking without checking whether these folks are able to catch up. We all know how chaotic the traffic in Beijing is. He crossed the road by himself and almost caused my dad to be knocked down!! I am only leaving 1 star as this is the minimum. If I could, there will be no star.
