Great way to get from door to door and from Malaysia to Singapore. Driver on time and willing to stop for toliets and food. It might have been useful to know ahead of time that we needed to do an online arrival form to get through the customs check point. I had checked that I didn't need a visa...thought I just had to show a passport.

I was hesitating to fly or go by road to Singapore. Now don't regret that used this transfer. It took us 4 hours total from hotel to hotel including passport control. Best time to go is early in the morning when less people at the border.
