The “THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS” (TMA), scheduled for Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, will take place at Incheon Namdong Gymnasium. The awards show was really good...I luckily got a good standing ticket number so got to be in the C section that was pretty close to center stage. I was able to see all the idols up close and the experience was so good. A star studded evening for sure. The show started right at 6:30 pm and ended around 10 PM...To stand among all idol fans cheering for their stars was the best. Just be prepared to stand all evening and enjoy the show.
I thought the travel agency had a better location, so I was randomly assigned to the very back. I couldn’t see the people clearly, but everyone else on Ctrip followed me to the front.

I was happy that I was able to purchase tickets for the event I wanted to go to. The confirmed amount and the billed amount were different, so when I contacted them, I couldn't get back to them. A few days later, I received an email saying that the amount would be confirmed with the department in charge, so I waited, but more than a week later, I did not hear back. Then, when I finally heard back from them, they asked me to send them a photo of the bill, so I sent them right away. it's okay. Did you reply that you didn't make a mistake? ? Moreover, the bill was in dollars and for some reason I still haven't received a reply. The event has already ended... I would like you to respond immediately.
I'm glad I was able to get tickets safely as part of the tour. I had some concerns, but I'm glad we were able to communicate via chat and resolve them. Since the ceremony will be held until late at night, I thought it would be helpful if they could stop at places other than Myeong-dong and Hongdae on the way home.
Service was good and instructions were clear. Lineup of the concert was great but the setlist was terrible. It would be great if the package provided water to participants after the concert.
