If needed, please reserve in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. ※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 person’s space, which may affect the number of passengers or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance of oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If you are unable to board due to overloading, the related responsibilities and costs shall be borne by the traveler. Driving Range and Pick-up/Drop-off Locations •Osaka City Chartered Tour: Limited to attractions within Osaka City, with a round-trip driving distance of within 100 km. •Osaka Suburban Chartered Tour: The total driving distance is within 300 km round trip, with Osaka City as the center. ※ If cross-regional itineraries are arranged (such as a “Kyoto + Nara” combination), a cross-regional service fee will be charged. Please consult customer service or select the corresponding cross-regional package. •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within Osaka City. For pick-up/drop-off in other locations (such as Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), empty car time for the driver will be reserved according to the distance, or an additional fee will be charged. •If the departure or end location is Kansai Airport or Izumi City, an additional regional surcharge will be applied. •Over-kilometer Fee: If the total distance of the trip exceeds 300 km, an additional JPY 400 per kilometer will be charged for the exceeded portion. Chartered Service Time and Overtime Fee •Standard service time is 10 hours. For pick-up/drop-off in other locations (such as departing from or ending in Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), empty car time for the driver needs to be reserved according to the actual distance. •Service is available from 07:00-22:00. Please arrange your departure and attraction stay times accordingly. •Overtime Fee Standards: - 10-Seater or Less: JPY 5,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) - 14-Seater or More: JPY 10,000 per hour (over 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) •Late-Night Service Fee: If the trip is still in progress or begins after 22:00, a late-night service fee of JPY 5,000 or more will be charged (depending on the time and location). ※ Overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee calculation. Other Reminders •The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. ※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service begins).
