Exceptional Day Tour to Alexandria! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a day tour to Alexandria, and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, every detail was perfectly organized, making it one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had. The tour began with a prompt pick-up in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. The guide was not only punctual but incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They shared fascinating insights into Alexandria’s rich history and culture, ensuring we were well-informed at every stop. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, covering all the must-see landmarks. We explored the breathtaking Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a wonder of ancient architecture, and the majestic Pompey’s Pillar, which left us in awe of its scale and history. The visit to the Citadel of Qaitbay offered stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, while the Bibliotheca Alexandrina was a modern marvel showcasing the city's vibrant. Delicious Culinary Experience Lunch was another highlight! We dined at a local seafood restaurant with fresh, flavorful dishes that perfectly captured the essence of Alexandria's coastal cuisine. It was an authentic culinary experience that added to the day’s charm. What truly stood out was the guide’s passion and expertise. They were attentive to every guest’s needs, answered all our questions with enthusiasm, and made history come alive with their storytelling. The tour felt personal and immersive, which made it all the more special. If you’re looking to explore Alexandria in a single day, this tour is an absolute must. It offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and relaxation, all delivered with outstanding service. I left with a deeper appreciation for this beautiful city and its significance in Egyptian history. Highly recommended!

Tour guide Gamal El Din Saad is one of best guides, we enjoy the trip~ wish one day we could visit this beautiful country again
the tour has NOT been a great tour for me personally. the tour guide i had for this tour was just a a mess! he was rude & no manner & no basic hospitality at all. not sure how he can be a tour guide. his english is not good, i had problem understanding some of his english, but more importantly, he doesnt know much about any of the sites we went, compare to the tour guides i had in the past two days with two other tour operators and also hearing other tour guides explaining the history and background of each sites, this guy seems to know the basic or he would use he didnt understand my question. or he couldnt answer some of the basic questions i asked about the sites. he was already asking me to take a pic of tbe black camel company logo in the second site telling me he wants me to make a good review of him, i have refused to do it as i did not enjoy the progam at all. he was aggressive and also not fit to walk to all the different sites. abit of a joke here as be would show me a room n said , u see? thats a room.. without deeper meaning of the info not alot of value added having this tour guide in the tour as all he did was reading out what the info board was saying he is just rude and no basic manner, just like a rogue. while the driver is very gentle n polite. at lunch, he also didnt ask any preference i want n instead just ordered for me which i had to ask for chicken option instead of seafood. he then just took the bread from my soup using his hands n i just didnt want to touch the food anymore. he was also on the phone for around 30mins while we were in the Kom el dikka site. which was fine as he doesnt have anything i! depth to asd anyway, as he was just reading out what is showing on the site he is also not hygienic, he started to cough on the way to alexandria, he always try to touch me with the hand where he was holding the used tissue in the same time. i understand everyone has a different standard of hygiene. but i do want to say the follow arrangement is good. the lunch resturant option is nice, nicer than my past two days experience. the driver is nice and polite the site’s arrangement is also good, not too rush and covered the key sites
I have travelled so many countries with Klook and Alexandria trip was the disappointment of them all. This time Klook sent me with Black Camel Tours. First of all it was a rainy day and then the lady guide had a rush for all destinations. I literally was made to complete all spots in 15 minutes each max. Then to top it all the guide abd driver clicked pics with me holding the company placard at every place as I was the only customer they ever had. The worst was at Pompey’s pillar where it was raining heavily but still I had to hold their placard without any rain protection and to top it all I was wearing just a cotton jacket. She had very little to no knowledge of Alexandria and she didn’t even wait for me to listen the sound guide at Egyptian Library which was scheduled at 1:15 pm. Literally worst experience ever.
both the driver and the guide are very helpful. the itinerary wasnt too packed but you can still see the essentials of Alexandria. highly recommend indeed!
Good guide, good explanation, good car It was such a happy day I was lucky to spend the day
The tour guide was very professional and had already purchased the tickets for each trip, so that we could clear customs immediately and enter the scenic spots to visit. Unfortunately, the car was a bit old. It should be because there are not many good cars in Egypt.
