Collection of goods is easy and they have pack nicely for you. Just go to the counter in the centre of New Chitose Airport Domestic flight hall. Luckily have bought klook voucher and I was no time shopping in Sapporo. The price is cheaper after klook discount voucher. Recommended.

The pick-up route from the international line to the domestic line is very obvious, you can follow the indicator and go straight. You will see the exit door of the domestic line downstairs, and you will see the pick-up counter when you go forward!
