What To Expect

In the southern Vietnam Central Highlands lies the city of Da Lat, where cool breezes and picturesque sights attract locals and tourists all year round. Known as the "City of Eternal Spring", this popular tourist destination was originally developed as a vacation resort by the French colonizers. Dotted with colonial style villas and hotels against the magnificent mountains, pine forests, lakes, and waterfalls, you would not want to miss a tour around the city's best sights. Get picked up from your hotel or meet up with the group and make your way to Robin Hill, where you'll have the option to take a scenic cable car ride to Truc Lam Zen Monastery or continue via car. At the Truc Lam Zen Monastery, take a peaceful walk around and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere before visiting the man-made Tuyen Lam Lake where rows of pine trees meet the shore. Your next stop is the Datanla Waterfall, where the water falls from a height of 20m before disappearing through layers of marble scattered along the stream. You'll then make your way to Emperor Bao Dai's Summer Palace, the third mansion of the last Vietnamese emperor. The French inspired villa is located within the Love Forest and a must-visit site for all visitors in Da Lat City. After a quick lunch at your own expense, explore Dalat Flower Garden and be drawn into the beauty of this kingdom of flowers that make for a great background for photos! Your second to the last stop is the Van Hanh Pagoda, and your tour ends with a visit to the Strawberry Farm where the hydroponic farming method is used. After the tour, you'll be dropped safely back to the meet up location or hotel.

This tour was totally worth it as I was amazed by the architectural of dalat . The tour guide was imformative even though I m the only foreigner inside the group.

Tour guide was friendly and informative. Explained to us the history of most places before arriving at the tourist attractions. Would have been better if more time was allocated to the flower garden because the itinerary was a little too rushed. Didn’t like the lunch place as the food was not good and prices are way expensive for Vietnamese food.

I’d say that this tour is worth it. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the tour guide’s English proficiency. It was just so hard to understand him and he seemed to only care with Vietnamese tourist.

The guide was very upbeat because it was the day after Vietnam entered the quarter finals, and it was nice to explain it kindly in English, and it was nice to be able to walk comfortably during the tour.

The basic attractions of Da Lat are also included, and the time schedule is reasonable. I especially like waterfalls. The tour guide is not exhaustive. As other passengers commented, the tour guide seems to explain more to local tourists. It is recommended that the Emperor of Baoda can learn more about the background before the trip and will be more invested. The sights of other natural scenery, the explanation is not too much affected. I especially appreciate the care of the elderly people in the same trade. One of the passengers is exempt from the cost of the cable car because of the disability relationship. It is also fair and there is no charge. The best place is the hotel pick-up, and you can take a look at the main attractions of Dalat in one day, eliminating the hassle of transportation. However, the final flower park was temporarily changed to the Lovers Valley, which incurred additional costs. Although it was said that the passengers were “voluntary”, they were also expected to be outside. Overall it is satisfactory.
