Matsu Nangan Scooter Rental: Airport and Port Pick-up

Booking Requirements

• The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
• If you are between 18 and 20 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license for heavy motorcycles, you are required to fill out and sign a Consent Form of Legal Representative to rent a vehicle. Please submit the form when picking up the vehicle.

ID Type:

• Taiwanese travelers: Please present your Taiwan driver's license and ID card.
• Foreign travelers: Please present your original passport, a valid international driving permit from a reciprocal country (with the "A" category field stamped with authorization), and your original driver's license at the time of vehicle pickup. The rental company will verify these documents at pickup.
• Due to Taiwan law, car rental services are not available to driver's license holders from non-reciprocal countries (e.g., South Korea, Thailand, China). Only electric bicycles, which do not require a driver's license, are available. Please also note that regulations stipulate that electric bicycles are limited to one rider.

Additional information

• Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
• Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited

• Please ensure you wear a helmet at all times.
• Please return the scooter to the original rental location.
• To protect the rights and interests of travelers, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please remain at the scene and immediately report the incident to the police. Do not attempt to settle the matter privately with the other party. Also, immediately notify the rental shop for assistance; otherwise, you will be held liable for compensation.
• The documents presented by the renter (driver) must belong to the renter. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period. In the event of any problems, the shop will only seek compensation from the renter.
