Cheongsong Ice Valley and Pohang Spacewalk Day Tour from Busan

Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, was very friendly and professional, especially when it came to taking photos for us. The way she posed everyone made us all look like internet celebrities. Give her a thousand thumbs up 👍. The only downside was that the roller coaster stairs were under unscheduled maintenance. The travel agency should probably do their homework before organizing the tour. Otherwise, everyone traveled such a long way, only to arrive and be disappointed that they couldn't go.

Thank you to our guides Kari & Ji Eun for their attentive guidance! They were very enthusiastic and friendly, and even helped us take beautiful photos! The tour bus was also very comfortable. We went to the beautiful Ice Valley and SkyWalk, and had a very pleasant day!

We were the only two Hong Kong members who participated in last week's tour led by Kari and Ji Eun. I received a reminder from Kari the day before. Although we didn't eat at the same restaurant as the group, the first thing they did when we met to board the bus after lunch was to ask if we had eaten and drunk enough, which was very considerate! ❤️ I especially want to praise Ji Eun, who speaks English so well even though she has never studied abroad. Ji Eun was the only one who applied to be the English guide for the team, and she explained all the tourist information so perfectly that it was no different from Kari's introduction in Chinese. And Ji Eun seems to have majored in photography, because the photos she took were really pretty and atmospheric. Also, I sincerely thank Ji Eun for continuing to compliment me on my Korean, even though I have never formally learned Korean! ❤️ Thank you both for leaving me and my best friend with wonderful memories 📸

This was my first time using a chartered car for a day trip. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, for the enthusiastic and considerate service. Also, thank you to the driver for helping us create special memories. We had a very enjoyable day 😁. I'd like to visit other attractions next time.

The tour has 2 guides, one in Chinese and the other in English. The guides are very good and attentive. The whole group was full with about 30 people. There is one lunch that is at your own expense. Seeing the Ice Valley was quite spectacular, and it is well worth a visit.

Gyeongju is really beautiful, and I even took the same photo as Lee Min-ho 🤣. Our guide this time was Xiaoxue ❄️, who told us many stories and took lots of pictures for us. Although we were notified the day before departure that we couldn't go to the National Healing Park, which was where I originally wanted to see ice 🥲🥲🥲🥲, it was unfortunately canceled. We went to Donggung Palace and Woljeong Bridge instead, but we still saw ice on the lake (sort of a success??). Finally, on the way back, Xiaoxue recommended over 40 of her personally curated shops, which was so touching. For my first time in Busan, I really needed an expert to guide me 😍 Highly recommend!

Our tour guide, Kari, was amazing, and took care of every tourist! The Ice Valley was beautiful, the spacewalk was special, and the Sunrise Platform and the filming location for "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" were just okay. But the main advantage of this itinerary is the convenient transportation. The driver was very steady, and no one got carsick 👍 Overall, it was really great!

Katrina was an effective bilingual and she spoke like a dream! We learnt a lot from her.

Our tour guide Kari was great. She took photos of everyone in the group for about 30 minutes in the freezing cold, her hands even turned red. She also gave us posing tips, very professional! The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were very convenient and punctual! It's just that the sights were a bit overrated, and everyone in the group returned to the bus to wait much earlier than scheduled...

Highly recommend this tour! The ice valley is very beautiful, and the roasted pork lunch next to Gungcheon Market is also delicious. The tour guide, Kari, took great care of us and explained a lot about Korean culture and characteristics. 100 points! Although the drive is long, there are rest stops in between for refreshments and bathroom breaks, so even elderly people don't have to worry.
