The tour was so so, our tour guide was really nice but didn’t explain or give us background on my of the sites. Best to book this trip when you are sure of the weather conditions, we could not see Fuji at all that day.

This is actually a worth it day tour to Mt. Fuji. The tour guide (i forgot her name) is very accomodating and nice... also the bus driver! Fortunately, the weather is also nice and we managed to see Mt. Fuji. The fruit picking is worth it as well because it tastes sweet and good. The only down part in here is that we didn't managed to go up to the fifth station because of the icy roads up there, but it's okay. The food tastes okay. The kachi kachi ropeway was kinda bit crowded for me. I was actually surprised that they managed to push us inside the cable car even though we can't even squeeze ourselves in. Haha. Too bad, we can't stay on the view deck of kaci kachi ropeway because of the time constraint. Maybe we really need to go back in some other time. Overall, this is a good trip. The bus also has wifi so you can surf on the internet while on board for 2 hours. And also, just a reminder, there will be lots of buses and tour guides with HIS sign flag on the meet up point... maybe you should ask them one by one until you found your own tour guide. It's kinda bit tricky but you'll find it.

Good Tour, shinny day but unfortunetly the road was close, we only get to the 1st station on Mt. Fuji

The meet up location was easy to find. If you were like me expecting to find some signs at night, don't bother, it would be a waste of time. Just be there by the appointed time, the place will be bustling and you won't be missed at all cos they will wait for you. But be nice, don't be late. We were brought to a stop to freshen up before heading to the fruit farm, depending on the time of the year, you'll get to pick certain fruits and for us, we got huge red sweet strawberries! Along the way we were told we couldn't visit Mt Fuji due to icy roads but they mentioned they would bring us to the museum, so we were ok. We went to Lake Oishi and had blueberry ice cream! Not to be missed! and had Lunch near the kachi ropeway! The hoto noodles (if I rmb them right) was superb and my picky little eater wanted more!. Bad time to be there for the kachi ropeway, queue was really long but the scenery up there was splendid and we were so happy they gave us extended time. I think we were all late by half and hr to 45 mins. We headed to Mt Fuji 1st Station as they said that's the closest we could be which was basically just a bus stop but the people there were very friendly and looked out for ur safety too! It wasn't much but it was still a good view. Our last stop was the museum. It was educational and we had a great time overall. Due to weather conditions and period, we expected it. But we were blessed with a very clear view of Mt Fuji.

Our guide is really nice! If i am not wrong her name is yumiko? She is very gentle and knowledgeable about the question we asked her. Highly recommended this tour!

Friendly tour guide, English speaking. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

This tour is really worth it. Visited so many sites in one day. They also give enough time per location. Our tour guide Akiko speaks English so we had a good background of the places we visited. A tip for those joining the tour: give enough time in finding the meeting point. There are many tours gathering around the area so you might get confused in finding the right group.

Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed this tour. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji and go up to the 5th station. The udon lunch was really delicious too! And the all you can eat strawberries was a really good start! I highly recommend this tour.

Akiko was an excellent tour guide (she was a tour guide for only 3 years but she’s really cute and good!) We were lucky that we were able to see mt fuji yesterday since it was so clear! We even went allllll the way up to 5th station. Please wear a lot as the winds is crazy at 5th station.
