Reviews
Since I couldn't get there by public transportation, I took a tour and it was a satisfying trip. Gogh didn't go inside the village, but only took pictures at a spot with a good view, but I actually liked it. And I really liked Husseyong, which I didn't think much about. I decided to pay the entrance fee and do the trekking on the bridge. I didn't go because I was sick, so I went shopping and walked around the village, but I bought a sheepskin card, a coin purse, and a knit at a low price, so I regret buying just one more wallet. I was satisfied because the view after getting off the tour was nice enough. And even though it was off-season in Fontaine-de-Vauclise, the scenery was new and nice enough. So, be sure to go there. It looks really refreshing in the photo. After completing the journey, the journey ends after seeing the point where you can see the Avignon Bridge and the Pope's Palace at a glance. The day before the tour, I had a picnic on the other side. Google Maps only shows it as a camping site, but the view on the other side was really great (a place where the tour company briefly dropped me off). I thought, this is why they do the tour. I highly recommend it because you can get there easily by car.
Very convenient. There is a car to pick you up and drop off the entire journey. It is very suitable for travelers who cannot drive. There is enough time to take photos and tour. It is highly recommended. The tour guide is very friendly.
I've always wanted to visit the quaint villages of southern France, but they were too difficult to get to by public transportation. After searching various websites, I found this product on Klook. I wanted to visit more areas, but those products were already sold out, and this tour was only available in the morning. It was a small group consisting of six customers from various countries – Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea – and the guide. The guide was cheerful and provided explanations while driving, making the journey enjoyable. However, I couldn't understand everything due to my limited English. Overall, I was satisfied, but one thing I wish was different is that we only got to see the Gordes area from a distance. I wanted to go inside the village and experience the atmosphere of the old town. I'm not sure if this measure was taken to protect the village.
The tour started on time at 8:30 at the Avignon tourist center in a reasonably comfortable 6 seat van. The tour guide spoke good English and gave good advice. Total time spent at Rousillon and Fontaine Vancluse is approximately 1 hour each, enough for walking around without rushing too much. We stopped for a moment to take photos at Gordes Panaromic Viewpoint because the wind was very strong. It's a pity that we didn't get to visit the village itself. This program is suitable for people who do not drive themselves because public transportation in this area is quite limited. The price is a bit expensive for a half day tour.
The tour guide was very enthusiastic and humorous, the itinerary was good, and the stop times were reasonable.
The tour guide and driver was punctual and the itinerary was timed appropriately. The meeting point was easy to find.
