Private Car Charter – Usage Guidelines & Important Notes
- Service Duration: Includes up to 10 hours per day from pick-up time, covering the full itinerary and return. Pick-up must be between 07:00–12:00.
- Overtime Fee: If the service exceeds 10 hours, an additional KRW 25,000 per hour will be charged. Please pay the overtime fee in cash directly to the driver.
- Pick-up & Drop-off Location: By default, service is limited to locations within Seoul city.If you have selected a package that includes Incheon Airport or Gimpo Airport pick-up, departure from the airport is available. For other areas, please contact us in advance for confirmation.
- No Food or Drinks in Vehicle: To maintain cleanliness, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is not allowed.
- Luggage Notice: If you have large or bulky luggage, please note it at the time of booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
- Children Counted as Passengers: Children must be counted in the total number of passengers. Each vehicle has a maximum capacity, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
- Ski Lift & Slope Notice: Ski slopes close from 16:30–18:30 daily for maintenance. Skiing is not allowed during this period.
- The day before the tour in the afternoon, the guide will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Kakao.
