• Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. Rainfall is usually short and can stop anytime. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel and offer you to reschedule to another day or get a full refund
• If you miss the hotel pick up time, this will be reported as a no show and no refund will be granted
• The Andaman sea is a rough sea with usually big waves and it might be a bumpy ride. Please prepare a pill for seasickness if you have a sensitive stomach
• Koh Rok and Koh Haa are far from Koh Lanta and there is quite some travel time with speedboat between the islands
• Maximum 45 people on 1 speedboat, or 60 people on 1 big speed catamaran boat

Cancellation policy

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
