Good to know

The Swiss Travel Pass or Swiss Half Fare Card can only be purchased if you currently hold a valid pass or plan to obtain one for the day of your visit. Failing to preset a valid pass may result in a fine, and reimbursement requests will not be accepted.

What to wear? Essential items include a warm jacket, closed-toe shoes, a hat, and sunglasses to protect against glare from the snow.

Can I travel to Jungfraujoch before/ after my reserved time? What if I miss my reserved time? Your train ticket remains valid for the whole day. You can still travel, but: You lose your seat reservation, and you’ll have to wait for the next available train with unreserved seats and get new ones at your own cost (5 CHF per seat, per person, per trip).

How does boarding at Eiger Glacier work? At Eiger Glacier, transfer from the Eiger Express to the Jungfrau Railway. Follow the color markings and pass through the turnstiles at least 10 minutes before departure.

What to consider when returning? Keep track of time, especially if hiking to Mönchsjochhütte, as returning to Jungfraujoch can take longer.

Return journey with Eiger Express: If traveling to Grindelwald, change trains at Eiger Glacier station.

For wheelchair users, contact the Klook team before your visit to ensure necessary accommodations.
