Good illustration. However, some handle of the horses are too thick for small handed person, together with some speed up experience during the trips. May need to consider your competency before joining
Basically, I will reply you very late with the exact meeting time. The activity itself lasts about 45 minutes, and most of the riding skills are not explained. The horses can basically walk on their own without giving too many instructions. A tip and photo fee (400 lire) will be charged after the visit. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high and I do not recommend it.
