Cancelation Policy
  • You can cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after purchase (“Cancellation Period”)
  • If you have collected the pass and want to cancel your order within the Cancellation Period you must return the Stockholm Pass to Stockholm AB, Svensksundsvägen 17, SE-111 49 Stockholm, Sweden within 30 days
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the Stockholm Pass
  • You can't cancel your order within the cancellation period if you have activated the pass
