  • The following attractions require an additional TWD 1,000 surcharge: Alishan, Taipingshan
  • If the end time for cross-city chartered car service is after 19:00, an additional TWD 1,000 will be charged for the driver's accommodation on that day.

My booking was for a ride across 3 districts, pick up from Tainan and drop off at Taipei. My travel group consisted of both elderly and children (which was why I chose this instead of travel via HSR). It was quite stressful initially coz the local operator did not update me with any driver details until 2 hours before pick up (pick up was arranged at 11am) so I was under much undue stress from the day before pick up until I finally received the driver details. Contacted Klook customer service but they can’t help much except to say they will ask operator to reach out to me with driver details. On hindsight, I will probably book a confirmed driver instead of via Klook to avoid such stressful situation.

The driver was on time, courteous, and polite! Since public transportation isn't great in Chiayi, I tried a chartered car for the first time to explore. The entire trip was comfortable and convenient. I'm so glad I booked a car for my Korean family's visit to Taiwan! 🫶🏻

The driver was polite, punctual, and drove safely. He was able to complete the place we wanted to go. We had a great trip👍🏻 There is only one thing we should pay attention to: provide driver information one day before the start of the trip or earlier to give us peace of mind. This time, the driver didn’t contact me until 10:30 the night before (departing at 9:00 the next morning), which made us worried about whether we could make the trip.
