- For shared transfer resort pickups, guests must wait at the lobby of their accommodations. Pick-up time is two (2) hours BEFORE guest’s flight departure time to avoid inconvenience. Guests cannot choose the time of pickup as there is a standard time set. Our driver will contact the guests once they are in the premise. We will only allow 2-minutes waiting time as extension for late show ups as we have other joiners to be picked up; otherwise, the booking becomes invalid
- The operator will not be held responsible for any inconvenience that may transpire during the point to point pickups. Guests must clearly state what time they would want to be picked up and they have to factor in “time allowance” should there be any mishaps along the way. We suggest at least 2-hour lead time / advance to avoid missing your flights.
- Shared van option is a joiner van transfer from the airport to any resort in CENTRAL General Luna area only. Areas covered are General Luna tourism roads, Malinao and Catangnan. Guests must check the addresses of their booked accommodations
- Rates are subject to change if accommodation is not located in the main Siargao tourism area. The operator will provide the rate of additional charges should the guests accommodation is not part of the coverage

The booking was smooth and vans are easily located. Very convinient. Ride was smooth and took around 45 minutes. Drivers were very accommmodating and hospitable. Would definitely recommend to those who will visit the island. A must to avoid hassle when visiting Siargao.
We highly recommend this service because the drivers are kind, pleasant to talk to, communicate well, and are on time. The price is only twenty pesos more than the standard fare but you already have peace of mind if you book ahead through Klook. Good service!
