What To Expect

Recently becoming one of Tokyo's most popular evening experiences, it's no suprise that you usually have to book a month in advance at Kurand Sake Market! Luckily, we've got your back and have reserved a few spots each night for foreign visitors to Tokyo. When you understand the concept, it's easy to see why it's so popular. 100 different types of sakes from all over Japan, an all-you-can-drink philosophy, BYO food (there's a nearby supermarket), and an almost open-ended duration. Not much of a sake connoisseur? The staff will be more than happy to make some suggestions. Traveling alone? Unsuprisingly, you'll be meeting and making new friends very quickly. Worried you'll drink too much? A water kanpai every hour should sort you out. It promises to be a night you'll remember...or not...

this is a must-try experience because the sake is great and you will really appreciate the value for the small cost! Tokyo is not a cheap city, and this is a great way to pregame or enjoy a night out. tons of locals come too, which indicates its amazing value

can be difficult to find the place at first, so have to look for the logo to spot the place. nice drinks, can be too crowded and noisy. best to bring your own food there to go along with food

It’s a very good place to enjoy sake. The variety is very vast. You can bring any food in and can go out and get back in as many times as you want. The staffs are helpful.

Loved this experience! The staff is very kind and accommodating. Best thing about this is that there’s no time limit and also you can bring in your own food. Even if you come in empty-handed, you’re allowed to leave the premises to buy food and come back, even if it’s multiple times! Great way to try lots of different sake varieties and you can even ask the staff for recommendations and best ways to drink the sake whether hot, cold or with ice, etc. wpuld definitely do this again on our future trips back to Japan!

One of the best tastings I've ever been to. You'll get your own table and the stuff will help you to find you through all the sake. There's lots of local sakes and independent breweries. You can poor your own sakes and taste as much as you like. You should definitely bring some food. There's also games available if you fancy a play. I can totally recommend this to anyone!
