Unlimited entry and exit for a single visit is nice, it's just a little disappointing that there's no hydrotherapy massage. The facilities are all there, but the gym is a bit small. The outdoor pool is too cold in winter, so I probably won't use it.

The pool has too few seats and the limited food options are a bit disappointing.

There was water flowing out from the bathroom on the floor of the room. It was said that it was not repaired after the earthquake, but it was really exaggerated. I reported it to the front desk, but there was no compensation mechanism. I was a little disappointed.

The quality of the hot springs is good. The rooms are clean and the service staff at the counter are professional.

Although I used Klook very temporarily, the service staff completed the procedure quickly. The room was tidy and I felt very good. I will go there again next time.

The overall hardware is very good, but the software staff is surprisingly bad. Obviously when it comes to the bar, the entire hotel staff training is not ideal from beginning to end. Klook's plan is that the cost of the bar has been offset by the meals. Anyway, I don't know. What you are doing is highly not recommended

The room is clean and tidy, the space is large and comfortable, and there are two pools to soak in. The view is nice. The service staff are very friendly and the parking lot is very spacious.

Dig~ It’s my first time to come to this starry sky. It’s so beautiful. Every seat has a 360-degree panoramic view and there are a lot of outdoor seats.
